Not 100% satisfied with your BenchBUD purchase? We will make it right. You may return it to us for a full return, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Returned items must include original tags, labels, and packaging. We understand that some minor wear may occur during assembly of the product. Therefore, products with reasonable wear due to assembly and use is still eligible for returns. The amount of product wear considered to be "reasonable" is determined at BenchBUD's discretion. Please see below for exceptions.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, and photos of product may be required prior to issuance of RMA. The photos will help to document condition of product prior to being shipped back to BenchBUD facility. It will help to protect you, as the customer, if any damage of product occurred during shipping.
To protect all customers and make sure we handle all returns with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of delivery) in certain situations. This includes:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy

To initiate a return, please email returns@benchbud.com with the following information:

- Photos of product's condition prior to shipping back to BenchBUD facility.
Within 1-2 business days of receiving the email, customer service will send you a return shipping label (see below for pricing) and additional shipping instructions. The item(s) must be shipped in its original packaging. Any items not shipped in it's original packaging will be rejected and not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping is free for returns that include no more than one BenchBUD workbench. Return shipping costs apply for returns that include two or more BenchBUD workbenches - price will be determined by size of order return. BenchBUD will provide that pricing once the return information outlined above has been emailed to returns@benchbud.com.
For an exchange, your new item(s) will be sent out once your exchange has been processed (up to two weeks upon receipt of original items).
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to two weeks from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange.
Refunds are issued to the order’s original payment method or in the form of an in-store credit. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchange
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Items not in its original condition and in its original packaging
Defective Product, Product Damaged Upon Arrival, or Incorrect Product Received
If the products arrive defective or damaged at the time of receipt or if we made mistakes on your order, we will either 1.) Send you replacement parts or accessories, 2.) Replace the entire product, or 3.) Issue a refund. We will also cover the cost of any return shipping charges.
To begin the replacement process, please email us at info@benchbud.com and we will coordinate the return of the defective/damaged item.

FAQS

Can I cancel my order? Please reach out to returns@benchbud.com with your order number to request a cancellation. If a cancellation is not possible due to immediate processing, you will be directed to take advantage of our easy returns process.
